Scott is the Provo City Public Services Director, responsible for Provo City’s fleet and street maintenance programs, the Municipal Airport and the City’s sanitation and recycling programs. Prior to this service, he spent nine years in Iowa as a Streets Director and Public Works Director. He is a retired Army Engineer Officer and has been working directing public works, city engineering, and construction management for over thirty years. He is a licensed professional engineer in Utah, Iowa and Virginia.
