RCU Annual Meeting and Recycler of the Year Awards 2012

Join RCU Thursday, June 7th for this year's annual RCU conference and Recycler of the Year Awards.  We will be located at the Courtyard Marriott by the Salt Lake Airport at 4843 West Douglas Corrigan Way, SLC, UT  84116.
 
Keynote speaker will be Professor Carol Werner from the University of Utah.   Professor Werner's topic will be  "Increasing "Good" Recycling: Self-motivated, Correct, Reliable."  She will discuss the social and behavioral aspects of the recycling message.  This will be followed by a panel of experts who will share what has worked and what has not worked in getting the "word out" on recycling in Utah.
 
Following the presentations and the awarding of the Utah Recycler of the Year and RecycleMania Awards, we will tour Western Metals Recycling Facility near the airport.  A bus will be provided.  You will have the opportunity to see first hand how cars and other scrap metals are shred in seconds while touring WMR's new facility.
 
Great opportunities to network with other recycling professionals will also be a part of this conference.
 
Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m.  Start time will be 11:00 a.m. A great lunch will be provided.  We will be back from the tour at 3 - 3:30 p.m. You must log-in with your RCU username and password to get the RCU member rate.
